Rules and Regulations

Introduction

​

             E-lab is an education consultant and language academy that provides consulting sections and multiple classes .E-lab can also be an agency between students and their desired college or university of respective countries. For admission of Higher education , E-lab helps students to pass language assessment and suggests them in choosing college or university of respective countries.Although,  to pass the test provided by the government or any other organization, the performance of a student is fully responsible for passing/failing the test and E-lab will not guarantee a visa in any circumstances.

General terms

• E-Lab is for everyone who wishes to achieve international education ,no matter their age, race, nationality and ethnicity.

• Classes and consulting sections are all easily accessible for those who bought our service/course or paid subscription fees.

Classroom terms

​

• For a safe and comfortable learning environment, E-Lab will not tolerate any kind of harassment and discrimination.

• Teaching and learning only by using polite language and gestures.

• If Student or Teacher violates the user agreement,we have the right to refuse or discontinue our service.

• The learning material provided cannot be shared or published in any kind of medium.

 Restrictions & warnings

• Discussing other contents unrelated to our services are forbidden.

• Every counselor's personal information is restricted until they are willing to give access.

• Respectful manners and polite behavior are highly recommended, saying bad words are restricted in every circumstance.

Price and purchasing agreements

• All the subscription fees and course pricing are non-negotiable.

• If you choose to buy one of the services or courses and wish to discontinue ,the service/course fees are non-refundable . 

• If you choose to buy one of the services or courses , the responsibility to finish the course is yours.

• If you fail to continue till the end of the course or service , the fees are non-refundable.
